*according to the "Rules for subsidizing interest rates for lending to agricultural entities, as well as leasing for the purchase of farm animals, machinery and technological equipment", the borrower pays 6% of the nominal interest rate, the remaining part of the nominal interest rate received as a result of the difference between the amount of the base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan plus 7.5% is subsidized from the state budget per annum and 6% paid by the borrower in tenge.
